What Is Ketosis?
Ketosis is the process of losing excess body fat by supplying the body with a fuel source that burns through carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the main source of energy that fuels your body when you eat. Excess amounts of carbohydrates cause the release of the enzyme into the bloodstream that destroys them.
